When Refresh Health & Wellness opened in 2009, we began as a day spa providing you with a relaxing environment that nurtured, pampered, and soothed your body and spirit. Today, Refresh is so much more.

Over these past several years, we’ve grown our staff from 8 employees to 20 employees. We’ve also expanded the services we offer and transformed into a complete wellness center. Our health services include chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, spinal decompression, shockwave and more!
